Aerial Yoga Yoga using the support and enhancement of the silk swings. Achieve more length and depth with less strenuous effort, yet also challenge your core body strength. Feel the traction and opening of gravity as you hang or hold the swing to support your weight. Not for yogis with vertigo.

Bliss Yoga I
— Gentle Yoga, great for beginners, pre and postnatal. Classic yoga poses, philosophies, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation techniques that are great for yogis with arthritis, pain, or illness. Promotes calming for the mind and nervous system. Great for beginners.

Candlelight Yoga — Join us in a beautiful candlelit room … an amazing way to wind down at the end of your weekend with a gentle practice, tratka (focused meditation on flame) and a long savasana. Ahhhh!

Chair Yoga — All chair yoga is held at the Four Pointes Senior Center in Grand Haven. A gentle practice using a chair. You must be an Ottawa County resident to attend. Good for people who have a difficult time with balance or have a hard time getting on and off the floor.

Community Yoga  — $5 Sunday A gentle yoga on Sundays.  $5 love donation.
Family Yoga — All Ages. Join us for an hour of laughter ... every family will form a circle learning breathing, stretching, connecting, and moving as a family.

Gentle StretchGentle stretch class deep relaxation and conscious breathing.

Gentle Mat Class — Class is held at the Four Pointes Senior Center in Grand Haven. A gentle practice for those who can get down on a mat. You must be an Ottawa County resident.

Hump Day Hips — Who says Wednesday has to be the hardest day of the week? It's all about the hips. Let's open the hips and get happy!
Kids Yoga — Ages 4-12. This is a fun way to get kids to tune into their bodies, and breathe correctly, have fun, dance, show their own creativity and learn to quiet the mind. Learn more >>

Men's Yoga  — We are bringing power, strength, and flexibility together to create a new you. Not just for men, we also love empowering women!

Restorative (a.k.a. Restorative Chakra Yoga and Unplug, Relax & Restore)  — Come in and recharge! It is a restorative yoga practice that is relaxing, rejuvenating, and bringing you into the healing machine that you are. Totally calming the nervous system and creating mind, body, spirit connection. Savasana utilitzes leg and head wraps that are delicious! Great for beginners.
Sun Rise Flow — Start your morning right embracing the day with breath and movement. Don't worry, we won't sweat so off to work you go!

Yin Yoga — Feel the love juices flow into your heart ... All postures are done on the floor for promoting growth, clearing energetic blockages, and enhancing circulation. The postures are held with the muscles relaxed enabling the connective tissue to feel the stretch. Carey will assist with modifications to meet you where you are. This is a good class for beginners as well as yogis in a regular practice. Great for beginners.

Yoga Nidra — "Yogic sleep" is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the "going-to-sleep" stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of (audio) instructions.

Bliss Yoga II — This is one step up from Bliss Yoga I. You’ll find your way into more standing postures and also a little more challenging. Deeper exploration into yoga, breathing, and mediation. Formally known as Gentle Vinyasa. Change is good!

Teen Yoga — Ages 13-18. A beautiful way to balance emotions and quiet the mind. Learn greater focus. Seasonal.

Ashtanga Vinyasa FlowSun Salutes to start. Series of poses to build strength, flexibility, stamina and focus. Rock on!

Flow Challenge - Level II/III
Starting with a deep warm-up and progressing into a challenging vinyasa flow, focusing on core stability to feel the fire burn. Not suitable for beginning yogis.

Hot Yoga — Hot yoga is done in a 85-95 degree heated room. Move and breathe your way into a sweaty euphoria! For intermediate and above.

Hot Funky Flow — We turn the heat up and get cranking! This class is getting more popular by the week. Come on in and sweat your asanas off!

Customize your hearts desire ...

Personal Practice — An open room personal practice in a sacred space. You may use the time and space for your personal yoga practice or meditation. Love donation per 45-minute session. Available any time that class is not in session and the doors are unlocked.

Private Yoga — Is a private session, soak it all up, its just for you! Great for beginners.
