Bliss Lounge — Come in and chill out! It is a restorative yoga practice that is relaxing, rejuvenating, and bringing you into the healing machine that you are. Totally calming the nervous system and creating mind, body, spirit connection.
Newbie Yoga with Cecelia — Saturday morning at 8:30am. Begin with basic foundations of alignment and build from there each week! New class, new teacher, new you!
Bliss Yoga I — Gentle Yoga, great for beginners, pre and postnatal. Classic yoga poses, philosophies, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation techniques that are great for yogis with arthritis, pain, or illness. Promotes calming for the mind and nervous system. Great place to start!
Bliss Yoga II — This is one step up from Bliss Yoga I. You’ll find your way into more standing postures and also a little more challenging. Deeper exploration into yoga, breathing, and mediation. Formally known as Gentle Vinyasa. Change is good!
Movin’ Groovin’ Vinyasa — This is the kind of class where we turn the music up and get our groove on! Linking breath with movement and challenging poses with the flow. Love your body, love your life!
Hot Funky Flow — We turn the heat up and get cranking! This class is getting more popular by the week. Come on in and sweat your asanas off! A challenge is what you want, and a challenge is what you’ll get!
Yoga with a Kick — Ashtanga and Vinyasa mix with sun salutation series. Sweat your way into serenity! Formally known as power yoga.
Yoga Love — A gentle yoga on Sundays at 1pm, a free community class through February. Beginning in March, Yoga Love will become donation based. All proceeds will Benefit a different local organization each month. This is our way of giving back to our community. LOVE LOVE LOVE … SPREAD THE LOVE!
Solo Yoga — Is a private session, soak it all up, its just for you!
$50 per hour session.
Class Tips We recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing. We work in bare feet or socks; no shoes in yoga room please. Avoid eating a big meal right before class. You may bring your own yoga mat and water or LYC has public use mats and props available for your use. Mats and water may be purchased at LYC. Please turn off cell phones and refrain from wearing heavy scents.
